Unresponsive Controls

I have a print utility that prints RTF files with MS Word, and on this one of the computers I noticed that under one persons sign on my program becomes unresponsive when printing the files. How ever on the same computer under my sign on it works with out "looking up".

What can I do to help prevent this?
Or how can I determine that this is an issue with my program or just something that is on this users account?
