Uninstaller

I am writing programs in VB.net 2005 Express Edition, and I would like to include an uninstaller with the install package. I have read online how to do this, but when I add a new project, I don't get the option to do it. Is this possible in the Express Version?

VB2005 Express applications deployed with the inbuild ClickOnce can only be uninstalled from Control Panel > "Add Remove Programs" dialog.
