Unable to use designer due to ORacle Error

Dear Sir,

While trying to connect to the database from the designer, I am getting the error as shown in the attachment. I have reinstalled Oracle, ODAC and also MS Visual Studio. Please let me know what need doing.

However, when I connect to the database from the program using Oracle.DataAccess.Client.OracleConnection, it is getting connected.

Have you installed ODAC with ODT (the first download)?

Yes. I used the download ODTwithODAC112012.
