unable to add internet control component

hi,i got in to one problem and unable to slove it.
i want to use webbrowser control in my application,but whenever i try to add that component to my toolbar it gives me error that

could not find
C:\WINDOWS\System32\ieframe.dll\1

i checked my system32 directory and ieframe.dll is already there in system32 directory.

can anyone tell me whats how to solve this error??

WebBrowser control is already in toolbox, look more thoroughly. It is listed both under "All" and "Common".
