Please forgive any lack of correct terminology, I have had no formal training and I may get lots of things wrong!
My question is this: I have built a sort of intranet, and it contains various request forms, which currently just send emails. I would now like the contents of the forms to be sent to an SQL table (I have created the database and the tables already).
It seems this is possible but after many (many) hours of googling, I have not been able to find out how to do it.
Any help would be very very much appreciated.
