question: I am stuck at an issue please someone help me.
Issue is that i want to create a windows service which track the Excel file from a directory.I have already track the excel exe but couldn't get the name of excel file.
Lets SupposE I as a user click on a excel file called Abc.excel the name of that file abc.excel should be track by windows servoce that
user opened or perform nay operation on abc.excel file.
When User launch that excel file then windows service track the name , start time and id and save into a text file.
