Question toolStripProgressbar from a MDI container doesn't work for a MDI Child Form

First of all, I'm from Brazil, and I'm having problems to find a solution to my problem. I will try to show my problem in english here and maybe someone could help me to solve it.

I created a PDF file with my question.
