does anyone know how can i encounter this error and why i got it!?

"Timeout expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding. The statement has been terminated"

It explains all by itsself ... why you need an additional explanation?
Check your conn string, table's names etc.
There must be something that is causing this exception. Make a simple program "connect/disconnect" and see whats happening in that case.
