Thread Problem in VB.Net with Web Service and Data Grid Filling

I'm calling a Web Service & a Web Method with an Asyn Call back (Begin and End methods of Web Service) get the Dataset as Return value and fill the Datagrid by using the Dataset.

But VB.Net is giving Threading problem in that...

How to solve this...
