Text to speech in hindi

Hi I want the text written to be spoken up in different language say hindi
at present there are only three versions available
so how do i do it for hindi
will i have to make new speech library or what?

pls let me know how to proceed towards this

Hi guys I am working on Text to speech

how do i do it for for language other than english say hindi,urdu etc........

You can use the Microsoft Speech API (free from Microsoft, there is a COM component callable from VB.Net) and buy a Voice in the desired language

i did checked out at the site you sent
but unfortunately there is no voice in hindi for that
