I am new here and I have a question, I hope that someone could answer me.
I am a Chilean developer and a need to develop a telephone auto dialer with an IP phone. I was reading on the web and found that TAPI is the best way to do that, but all info that I could found is referring to a phone call via modem. I understand that Tapi32.dll supports a voip, but how can I specify in the code that I am using an IP phone? Please if anyone of you have information about that let me know it.
