Tabbed Webrowser Events HELP PLEASE

I have a tabbed webbrowser I want to add an event to it to make it so IE doesn't pop up when I click a link, with a normal webrowser that is easy but I guess I have to do a handler with the tabs being part of the browser and all. I have little experience with handlers...
Here is the code for the tabbed browser.

I tried his code and came up with a lot of errors even when I downloaded his project files. Is their any other ones you can refer me to maybe?

Ok I got a good Tabbed browser now

I also got the event to close IE when it opens, I just don't know how to make it open that in a new tab.
