Suppressing 'Delete' button action on Data Grid

Pl help me to suppress the 'Delete' button action on Data grid and also how to suppress others key programatically.

what do you mean by suppress? can you be more specific?

I am using Check box on grid to mark record for Deletion. But this action can also be achieved by pressing 'Delete' button for an entire row. I want to disable 'Delete' key.
