Hello 
I would like to play sounds via VBCABLE, unfortunately I have never worked with an API.
The idea is not new, and has already been developed in java https://www.reddit.com/r/DotA2/comments/4ewlxv/tutorial_how_to_set_up_your_very_own_ingame/
