some algorithms or conversion programs needed urgently!!!

Hi everyone,

i'm in need of conversion or algorithms samples....

"The project aims to develop a web based virtual laboratory that provide the interactive tools to do the
conversion for the common numbers and codes in digital systems ( such as binary numbers, decimal numbers, hexadecimal numbers, octal numbers, grey codes, excess - three codes, first compliment and second compliment of negative numbers).
The system allows the users to do the arithmetic operation addition, subtraction, multiple , division by applying the paper based method , booth algorithm, hamming code ) on the numbers and codes.

it would be really appreciated if anyone could give me any of these algorithms coding as i'm facing difficulties to achieve them in time!!!
