solution migration 2003 to vb.net2008

I Have A solution In vb.net 2003 ( Framework 1.1). It has taken 2 yrs to develop . Now can i run the solution in vb2005 and vb.net2008 without making changes

Probably, there are not much breaking changes, just loads more stuff added. Open the solution and see after conversion done.
