SMTP Mail not use authentication?

I have an application that uses gmail to send mails. Works fine except that when I distribute this program for others to use, gmail see's that there are multiple sign-ins to the acct from all over the world and they quickly stop the acct from sending mail. They think the email address has been compromised.

Is there an smtp server that does not use authentication

or

another way to send this mail?

All ideas are welcome

Rather than hard coding gmail account details, why not allow a user to configure their mail settings.
