Skype receiving messages

Hi, there (this is my first post)

I want to figure out how to Send & Receive skype chat messages into my application textbox and what skype Api's to use..

I tried official microsoft skype starter kit but it gave me an error like (failed to load ..)
I tried skype4comlib but i have no idea how to Receive skype messages into my textbox..

any help would be appriciated...
