Thanks Kulrom. I'm using vb 2005 express and when I try to open the project vb2005e upgrades it successfully. But trying to open the form throws up all kinds of errors.

What am I doing wrong ?

well of course it does throw errors ... it is made by VS 2003 while upgrade option have never worked as expected neither in the previous version(s) of VS.
However, you can check the code ... opening .vb file(s) and xml file. You will find some usefull things there. Also take a look at the images to see how they were made (all three states: over, down and release)
