Simple Question Listbox..

Hi, Is there a way I can list the number of items in a Listbox in a Text box, for example if there are 6 items in a listbox, i want to show '6' in the textbox, or if there are no items then '0' is shown in the textbox I know its an embarassing question, but if someone could help id appreciate it.

Well I just added that piece of coding to a button i created on the first form and its working im getting somewhere now. But, I wanted the textbox to display the number of items without clicking on that button, so i tried it in the form load event and its not working now. Well there are no items in the listbox, then items get added but the number remains on 0. Yep tried it in the activated as well.
