Shared woes

I have been trying to use a collection in a program and it is driving me up the wall. It either returns nothing at all or overwrites every element in the collection with the last entry. I put this together to show what I mean.


The form is a simple one with just a command button and a multi line text box.

Can anyone point out what I am doing wrong as this is starting to drive me nuts.
