Question Setup Project problem

Hi,

I implemented a windows forms app. and created a setup project for it. The problem is, when we try to install this setup on an other computer ( which .net framework 4 is installed), setup gives error.

Looks like downloading Windows Installer 4.5 for XP failed, perhaps a network issue. You could try again, or try downloading and installing it manually from the link specified.

I tried to install from msi. Installation wizard successfully ended but I could NOT find the application in program files and add/remove programs. Then I wanted to start setup.msi again but this time it says another version of this product is already installed...etc

how can I fix this?
