Using a circle of radius one is suggested for settng Pixels in a Picture Box. This is very slow.
Using a Bitmap & later copying the Bitmap to the Picture Box is much faster & and is satisfactory if the application can conveniently draw an entire graphic in the Bitmap prior to a copy to the Picture Box.
When solving differential equations, plotting, & some simulation applications, it is desirable to see lines, plots, et cetera being generated pixel by pixel.
It there a faster way to do this than using a circle of radius one? Might there be a Set Pixel Method (ala VB 6.0) which can be used with some container other than a Picture Box?
