set up problem

Hi all friends
I have problem in creating setup for my devloped software in dot net.Actuaaly I've followed all the steps requierd for the setup, and set file was created successfully, but when I installed it all exe file of my computer were replaced by my devloped software exe file.even windows cpl file were also replaced.so can anyone tell me why it happen?

Are you sure you have a good AV?
Maybe i am wrong (i wish i would) but it's worthy to be checked out

Ouch, that sounds rather nasty. Just to clarify, have all the exe's actually been replaced or is it just the icons? Is the system still working?

hi dear
first of all thanks for answering me.ya all exe's actuaaly been replaced by my software exe.only explorer.exe was running properly.and system was working but i could't open any of the software,game even all cpl files were replaced along with regisrty.exe and cmd.exe[command prompt].not just the icons

It is not because of .NET app. I assure you that it's not caused by framework neither. I beleive you should install good AV say NOD32 antivirus system or F-Secure (the best two by my experience) and scan the drives ... i'm pretty sure you'll find some of the beasts

but i tried to run the same set up on other machine too.there also was the same problem.
