Server multithreading website problem

I am building a website and I made a new thread that works in the background ( gets data, sends mails... ). The problem is that thread works fine when debugged on PC, but when uploaded on server it just doesn't work. Every other part of the website works, but that thread. I use aspspider.com and somee.com web hosting. Am I doing something wrong or is it something wrong with the server?

How would we know what you're doing wrong when we don't know what you're doing, or what the symptoms are? For a start, what exactly does "just doesn't work" mean? You need to be specific because the fact that a thread doesn't do what you intend is not enough information to go on.
