ROLE DESCRIPTION
Senior .NET Developer with good SharePoint, Biztalk and SQL Server skills and experience. Responsibilities include being part of the application architect and design team, leading a development team of three mid-level .NET developers and providing technical advise and guidance on future SharePoint projects.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
* 10 Years experience in Software development
* 5 years experience in .NET development
* 2 years experience SharePoint framework and WorkFlow Foundation in custom application development
* 2 years experience with BizTalk development
* 2 years experience in a software architect role with a focus on .NET
* 2 years experience leading/mentoring .NET development team
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
