Sending Mails

Hi,
i have a problem in sending mails, im using proxy server for sending mails, problem is i can send locally but not externally
SmtpMail.SmtpServer = "IP Address"
i use my proxy server IP in place of IP Address
is anybody knows how to send mails to other accounts like
YAhoo
Hotmail etc

its urgent
