Sending fax

I was wondering what is the best approach of sending fax with vb.net code in order to make the app that would work on both WinXP and Win Vista as well?
If i remember well WinXP has FAXCOMLib library but, i am not sure whether Vista contains this library?
Any link or code snipet is welcome.
