How is it possible to Send email without using smtp server
Hi all,
I recently downloaded a *.dll file from http://devmail.net/ with a trial license and using that I could sent the mail from vb.net application without using smtp server. I would like to know how is it possible to send an email with out using smtp server. Is the third party dll creating a smtp server by itself behind the scenes. Do you have any idea?
