send back print information to table?

Hi,

I'm showing crystal report which is invoice in crystal viewer. Now I want to set two things.
1. users can have two choices to print the report. one is print only one invoice at time(default) or print all invoices .
2. once user print the report, I need to get invoice number and send that information back to table and put "Y" next to that invoice number.

Please any one knows how to do that.
