Secured login in web application

Hi,

We have developed one application in asp.net code behind is vb.Basically it does transfer money to some states(Money transfer).
You have to give login name, Userid & password to go into the application. If i login to the application by using login name,userid and password,i don't want to login somebody else by using same details.How can i make it secured by using ProcessorId ?.Is there any other way to make it secure?. I don't have any idea . Plz help me

yo can go to references and add reference--- then select accessibility.dll and proceed with the code
