Scroll in Firefox,Explorer & general in Windows

Hi there,

I'm searching for a link / code in order to "simulate" the scroll wheel of a mouse being used.

For example I wanna be able to scroll via .net in FireFox, Explorer, Acrobat Reader.

Do you know any possibility to do that using .net ?
