Can anyone tell why my vb.net program looks fine when I set the "Make text and other items larger or smaller" settings in Screen Resolution to 100% and 150% but absolutely awful at 125% (nearly all controls clipped etc.)? At the moment I'm trying to get my head round applications with differing dpi's but this behaviour has really thrown me.
I'm using Windows 8.1 and Microsoft Surface Pro 2.
