I have a small doubt on Crystal report , if you can suggest me , i am very thankful to you. My doubt is , i have 25 headings in my report and there some data each and every heading.Its coming from the data base.If the data value is zero, i don't want to see the data & heading as well. If the data is present in the data base that column should be the first column. If the next data is not present , that is also not to be shown in my report. The data which is present in the data base should in the report. remaining should not be shown.

Format the section to suppress a header based on a value from a dataset.
Click on the Suppress box and click on the X-2 and add this formula:
IsNull({table.linkedfield))
You can suppress data using the formula editor in a wide variety of ways.
