Retrieving a list of Outlook Items and putting them in a listbox

I hope I didn't mis the info while searching the forum.
I want to make an application that shows upcoming changes in the IT infrastructure.
These changes are all logged in the team calendar.
Is there a way to retreive all the information in the calendar and put it in a listbox? or even a plain textbox would be ok.

We have a huge screen witch acts as an information board.
The only thing missing is a list of upcoming changes.
