resize controls in Form in run time

hello!
i want to when in run time i resize the form manually all the controls in the form to resize automatically so how can i do that?

The controls in Containers section in Toolbox help you arrange child controls. Layout section of Properties window provides several options to dynamically layout each control, the most common is Anchor and Dock properties.
