Replacement Explorer

Hi there,

I am trying to create a replacement GUI (replace explorer.exe).

Got a couple of questions.

I am creating a similar thing to the windows taskbar. How do I make it so that maximized windows do not cover it. So in essence, what i want to know is how to set the "My.Computer.Screen.WorkingArea"

How do I make it so that the form always remains in the back of all the other screens?
