Removing Cancel button of the SHFileOperation dialog

I got some code regarding SHFileOperation in VB.NET and it works fine.
But I want to disable "Cancel" button of the SHFileOperation dialogbox.
I need this to prevent user from cancel during file copy.
Any idea?
