remote database access error?

Hi all, I'm trying to access a db outside of the bin folder, its on a shared network drive. I have admin rights to it so thats not a problem. The server explorer is able to connect to it and I can preview the dataset from the data adapter design time menu. But during runtime I get this error:

An unhandled exception of type 'System.Data.OleDb.OleDbException' occurred in system.data.dll

DAnear.Fill(DSemail1) < occurs on this line

Your bug is right here:

OleDbConnection1.ConnectionString = "Provider=Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0;Data Source=cfofar.mdb"

actually it is not correct path for your DB ... i beleive it should look something like this:

OleDbConnection1.ConnectionString = "Provider=Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0;Data Source=\\ServerName\Folder\cfofar.mdb; Persist Security Info=False;"
[COLOR=green]'notice that "ServerName" could be replaced with adequate IP address[/COLOR]
