regrading verticalscrollbar on form

i have made a form.then i inserted the vscrollbar.when we r running the form the scroll bar does not scroll the form.

i would like to get pointer for above problem

the scrollbar is a control just like textbox's, labels, buttons, etc you'd have to use the scrollbar's valuechanged event's and whatnot to programmically move all your other controls up and down to give it the appearance of scrolling the form
