Refresh current form

May i know how to refresh a current form under a button click event? I tried using few ways of doing it but it still didnt work properly. Thank you

What are you trying to refresh exactly. I.e information, graphics etc...

What i want is just simply reload the form, however the two methods i posted above didn't work as i want. I have one form for user to input data, when the user click on the "New" button, it will clear all of the data input previously and reset to default value for a new record data input purpose.

It never shown anything after the form was disposed when i executed with method 1 and method 2 showed the form but previously inputted data was still there.
