Refresh a Parent Form DataGrid from Child

I got in my parent form a datagrid that show me all the data in my database table clients, when i click on my button add new client, its open a child form where i add the information from a new client, so when i save this info, i close this child form and i want my DataGrid in the parent form refresh and show me the new client i add...
Can any one tell how to begin this process...

on the parent form add a Friend Sub that would refresh the datagrid then simply call that sub from the child window
