Question Referense in dll project

hello,
I have a dll that i made, I use with him in many Hosts(exe programs).
This dll have alot of dependencies, all of this dependencies write in the app.config of the host.
I want to remove all the dependencies to the app.config of the dll but I could not do it.

How can I do this thing??

If the system has added something to the config file it's because it needs it, so don't go removing it on a whim. Why is it a problem anyway?

I was write the app.config this just all the reference that the dll use for himself.
This is very important because I have allot of programs that use this dll and I cant go to each of this program and write the app.config every time that I add some new reference to the dll class.
