As part of a package I am writing I wanted to include a function to notify the user when a specific web page has been updated.
The page is here (australian government corporation):
Airservices Australia - Aeronautical Information Package (AIP)
Is there a way to do this? I could always write code to check the webpage against a stored one to find differences but to get to that page you need to accept copyright conditions etc. then the link to the page actually changes if there is an update.
Any help greatly appreciated. Not looking for code as such just an indication of a general direction I could head in to solve this one.
