Resolved read only

Maybe a stupid question but I was made a from in visual studio 2017 that was working perfect . Now I want to make changements to the program and there is a message comming to make some code read only. Now I use visual studio 2022.
how I have to do that ?

Dim pad As String = "c:\PROC\HANDLEIDINGEN\"
Dim paddoc As String = "c:\PROC\DOC\"
