Read Field by Column name and row no?

how to read the field when u only know the Column name and row no from access database while using vb.net

What exactly do you mean by "row number"? Do you mean the primary key value of the record or something else? Row number doesn't really mean anything in the table itself because the rows can be in a different order depending on how you sort them. Please provide a FULL and CLEAR description of the problem.
