Rar Attachment

Could you please add the Rar to the attachment in the site , Rar compression is much more better than Zip Files

RAR compression may be "better" than ZIP, but if you want (almost) everyone to be able to decompress your attachments it is safer to stick with ZIP. Having RAR as an option is not a bad idea in case your attachment is intended for someone specific who you know has WinRAR or the like, but generally I'd recommend sticking to ZIP.
