Question about Excel object

Hello,

I've made an application that goes through a directory or PDFs and get the page count for each, then loads those numbers into a excel file to make a page count report. I was wondering if anyone here knew how I would be able to set the header and footer of the spreadsheet in my code. I've been looking online and found nothing. Tried using a macro to see the code, but it was different enough that I couldn't figure out how to get it working. I'm using VB.NET 2005 and Excel 2003. Thanks in advance.

Well, I found and tried this too:

But when I try and run it I get the error:

"Cannot Create ActiveX Component."

Any ideas on why i'm getting that?
