query in retrieving data

in my form i have the bank transaction fields.

in my table i have id column which is unique.
i enter the data for depositing the amt along with some fields.

now when i withdraw the money from the bank i just want to enter the id ,and i want to display all the fields i entered while depositing without entering twice.
hope my question is clear.
