Publish Error - Signer´s Certificate not valid

I get this error when i tried to publish it:

Error 4 SignTool reported an error 'Failed to sign bin\Release\WR Kasse 3.publish\\setup.exe. SignTool Error: ISignedCode::Sign returned error: 0x80880253

The signer's certificate is not valid for signing.

SignTool Error: An error occurred while attempting to sign: bin\Release\WR Kasse 3.publish\\setup.exe

It says my Certificate is expired (after 1 year) But how to get more time??

Click "Create Test Certificate" button.
You can also not sign if you wish.
